  • My coaching is heart-centered, faith-led, and practical—but it’s not therapy. If you’re navigating mental health needs, I’ll always encourage you to seek a licensed provider alongside coaching.

  • All purchases must be paid in full. For custom payment plans, reach out—we can talk about what works.

For Coaching Sessions:

  • Life happens, but please cancel/reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.

  • Missed sessions without notice won’t be refunded or rescheduled.

  • Your journey is sacred—your confidentiality will always be respected unless legally required to disclose.

What I Collect:

  • Shipping details for physical products

  • Payment info (processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, etc.)

  • Website activity data (cookies/analytics) to make your browsing experience better

What I Do With It:

  • Fulfill your orders and schedule sessions

  • Send you updates, encouragement, and tools—but only if you say “yes” to emails

  • Improve this platform so it serves you well

What I Don’t Do:

  • I don’t sell your information.

  • I don’t share it with anyone who doesn’t need it to help me serve you (like shipping carriers or payment processors).

  • I don’t keep what I no longer need.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the return and refund guidelines below.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Books, Apparel)

  • Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

  • Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Process: Email info@alico-solutions.com with your order number to initiate a return.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Downloads, Templates, PDFs)

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds will be issued once the file has been accessed or downloaded. Please note download links expires. Clients have 24-hours upon receipt to download content.

  • If you experience an issue accessing your digital file, please contact us for assistance.

COACHING & CONSULTING SERVICES

  • Refunds: Coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has occurred.

  • Cancellation: Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with 24-hour notice.

  • Missed Sessions: Missed sessions without prior notice are forfeited and not refundable.
